All three attorneys were previously affiliated with Martin, Fallon & Mullé, a general liability insurance-defense firm with which Kelly Rode & Kelly has had a long and amicable relationship.

Founded in 1980, Martin Fallon & Mullé had been one of the leading firms in the New York metropolitan area providing representation in automobile, premises, labor law, and product liability claims as well as defending uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. The firm defended self-insured municipalities against claims sounding in road design, civil rights, and employment law.
