Brandon Justin Maharajh joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in 2016. Mr. Maharajh handles cases involving civil litigation, general negligence, premise liability, torts and personal injury.
Mr. Maharajh obtained his Bachelor's Degree at Boston College in 2012 while enrolled in the Pre-Law Program with a dual major in Economics and Communications. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2015, where he was the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Moot Court Honors Board and won the Nassau County Moot Court Competition. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Judge Dorothy Eisenberg in the Eastern District of New York at the Alfonse M. D'Amato Federal Courthouse located in Central Islip, New York. He also interned for the United States Attorney's Office of the Eastern District of New York.
He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers' Association.
Mr Maharajh's interests include community service, movies, sports, traveling, friends and family time.
