Mr. Flynn joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in 2012. Mr. Flynn handles all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial and has successfully tried and defended cases involving claims of medical malpractice and general negligence throughout New York City and Long Island.
Mr. Flynn was born in New York City. He graduated from Fordham University in 1985 cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Flynn received his Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Flynn is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Since he was admitted to practice law, he has spent his entire career at firms specializing in the defense of medical malpractice and general negligence actions.
Mr. Flynn has done pro bono work on behalf of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
