Daniel Gramlich joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in 2019. Mr. Gramlich handles matters in the firm’s general liability practice, focusing on the defense of lawsuits involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
Mr. Gramlich obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Marist College in 2011, with a major in Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law School in 2014.
Prior to joining Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP, Mr. Gramlich was an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. As an ADA, Mr. Gramlich was a member of the District Court Bureau where he fully prosecuted cases from arraignment through trial including charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Assault.
Mr. Gramlich is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Outside of legal practice, Mr. Gramlich enjoys cooking, sports, and spending time with his family.
