Mahe-noor Baig joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as a law clerk in 2019.
Ms. Baig obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University in 2016 with a major in Legal Studies. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2019.
While attending law school, Ms. Baig was a student attorney for the Asylum Clinic and helped immigrants file and obtain political asylum here in the United States. She held internships at the Town of North Hempstead where she helped the litigation department with prosecution and also at a full-service law firm, specializing in nursing home litigation. She also participated in the Family Law Practicum conducting supervised court ordered mediations at Nassau County Family Court and Supreme Court, as well as private mediations at a private Long Island law practice.
Ms. Baig is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Women’s Association.
Outside of legal practice, Ms. Baig enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and eating.
