Ms. Fillmore obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Concordia University Irvine in 2014 with a major in Psychology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
During her time in law school, Ms. Fillmore was an Articles Editor on the Journal of International Business and Law and the Director of Intramural Competitions on The Moot Court Board. She was also a member of the Moot Court Interscholastic Competition Team where she competed at the Touro Law and Religion Moot Court Competition and the Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Competition at Fordham Law School. In Addition, she participated in the Hofstra Law Pro Se Legal Assistance Program where she assisted Hofstra Law professors in giving case assistance to pro se litigants.
She held internships at two personal injury defense law firms and participated in the Student Honors Program at the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission as an intern in the Spring of 2019.
Ms. Fillmore is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, cooking, hiking, yoga, and kayaking.
