Yuichi P. Lee joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP in 2016 as an associate with over twenty years of experience in civil litigation. As an associate with the firm, Mr. Lee's primary area of practice involves general negligence cases, automobile accidents, premises liability, property damage and labor law. He handles all aspect of civil ligation from inception to trial.
Mr. Lee obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 1992. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Prior to joining Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP, he had been an associate at a prominent Long Island firm defending large corporations including Verizon, U-Haul, CVS, The Gap and the TJX Companies on numerous complex issues. He had also worked for an automobile in-house firm defending assigned risk policy holders. While in law school, Mr. Lee had worked as a law clerk at a Second Amendment firm that had served as a local counsel for the National Rifle Association; interned with the Hon. Mark Green, NYC Consumer Affairs Commissioner; and had clerked for the Hon. Justice Clifford A. Scott, Supreme Court, New York County. Mr. Lee is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Outside of work, Yuichi is an avid golfer who enjoys working out.
