BRENDAN C. DAUSCHER

Brendan Dauscher joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as a Law Clerk in September of 2022.

Mr. Dauscher received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Pittsburgh in 2014, where he graduated with a major in Business Administration. He then went on to pursue his Juris Doctorate degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center as an evening division student while simultaneously working at an insurance carrier during the daytime. Mr. Dauscher graduated summa cum laude from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is currently awaiting admission to the New York State Bar.

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Dauscher enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and spending time with his family and friends.
