About Me

Fabiola Robles joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in July of 2026.  Her practice focuses on insurance defense and civil litigation. She represents insurance carriers, businesses, and individual clients in a broad range of litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Fabiola served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted a broad range of violent felony offenses. She managed cases through every stage of litigation, from grand jury presentations and pretrial proceedings through trial, including securing convictions on 32 of 34 counts in a felony jury trial. Her experience as a prosecutor provided her with extensive courtroom advocacy and trial experience.

While attending law school, Fabiola served as a legal extern with the Family Justice Center, where she advocated for victims of domestic violence, conducted client interviews, and assisted in drafting petitions involving custody, family offenses, and child and spousal support.

Fabiola earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2015 and received her Juris Doctor from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law in 2022.  She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Fabiola is fluent in both English and Spanish.
