Kevin Way joined KRK over twenty years ago. He retired from his role as Partner in 2025 and now continues to serve the firm’s medical malpractice clients in an Of Counsel capacity. Mr. Way is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University as well as Cathedral College. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in New York as well as in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of NY.
