Kimberly Khemraj joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an Associate in 2021. Ms. Khemraj obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Theatre from Adelphi University in 2014. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2019.
While in law school, Ms. Khemraj interned for Judge Joseph Lorintz at the Nassau County Supreme Court, Matrimonial Center. She also worked as a student advocate in Hofstra’s Family Law Practicum alongside distinguished faculty members and students.
Ms. Khemraj had the privilege of serving as Treasurer for Hofstra’s Phi Alpha Delta Chapter as well as a Student Representative for Kaplan Bar review. She was a member of Hofstra’s International Moot Arbitration Team and competed in the Vis Moot competition in Vienna, Austria.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Khemraj worked at an insurance defense firm where she gained writing and research skills.
Outside of legal practice, Ms. Khemraj enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with her family and friends.
