KEVIN P. KELLY

Kevin Kelly joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as a law clerk in September 2021 after spending three prior summers interning for Kelly, Rode, & Kelly, LLP. He became an associate in 2022 after being admitted to the New York State bar.

Mr. Kelly received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in 2018 where he graduated cum laude and received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2021. While at Villanova, Mr. Kelly spent time working in the Villanova Law Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic where he advocated for his clients in a variety of matters including guardianship cases, Social Security Disability benefit cases, and appeals of coverage denial by health insurers. 

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Kelly enjoys concerts, playing basketball, and going to the beach.
