About Me

Melissa joined the firm in 2026. She started her legal career in the fields of employment discrimination and commercial litigation, then transitioned to in house staff counsel for a large insurance carrier.

While working in staff counsel for over fifteen years, she handled no-fault cases, later shifting her practice to handling all aspects of bodily injury defense litigation from inception through trial. For the past seven years, she specialized in motion and appellate practice.

Melissa received her Bachelor’s Degree from Stony Brook University and her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center, graduating cum laude from both academic institutions. Melissa is licensed to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey and Florida.

Outside her professional practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and developing the interests of their six children.
