About Me

Susanne joined the firm in March of 2026.  She is a graduate of the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and earned a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from St. John’s University.   She has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2000 and in U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts since 2010.  Prior to joining Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP she worked as a Senior Claims Analyst for a major medical malpractice insurance carrier for 10 years.  Earlier in her career, she worked for other prominent insurance defense firms handling automobile and general liability cases, including Labor Law, products liability, construction, elevator and escalator cases.
