About Me

Dewitt B. Linton is an associate in the Automobile Liability practice group at Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP, where he represents insurers and their insureds in a wide range of motor vehicle and general liability matters. His work includes the defense of bodily injury claims, coverage disputes, and high-exposure cases requiring detailed investigation, strategic motion practice, and efficient resolution.

In addition to his insurance defense practice, Dewitt has experience handling complex commercial and civil litigation. He has represented businesses and individuals in disputes involving contracts, property damage, and business torts, bringing a practical, results‑oriented approach to every matter.

Dewitt is a graduate of Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a lifelong Long Island resident. Outside the office, he is an avid sports fan and volunteers his time teaching self‑defense classes to children with special needs.
