About Me

Mr. Georgakopoulos joined the firm as an intern in February of 2026.  He is a recent graduate of Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University where he was Vice President of the Hellenic Legal Society, Secretary of the Health Law Society, and member of the Hofstra Law Dispute Resolution Society, as well as the Christian Legal Society.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Paralegal Certification from Marist College.   Prior to joining Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP,  Evangelos worked as a legal intern at an insurance defense firm working primarily in the area of medical malpractice defense.   He passed the New York State Bar Exam and is currently awaiting admission.
