About Me

Evangelos Georgakopoulos joined the firm in February 2026. He is a Juris Doctor graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as Vice President of the Hellenic Legal Society and Secretary of the Health Law Society. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Marist College and completed a paralegal certification program.

He gained experience in medical malpractice matters through internships supporting both insurance defense and plaintiff cases, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with case preparation. He also provided legal assistance to veterans through the Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Law Clinic, conducting research, preparing case materials, and helping clients navigate discharge-upgrade appeals.

He passed the New York State Bar Examination in 2025 and is pending admission in 2026.

Outside of work, Evangelos is an avid fisherman, involved in his Church, and enjoys travelling with his wife.
