He is committed to providing clients with practical, results-oriented representation through thorough preparation, responsive communication, and strategic advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, Joshua served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County
District Attorney's Office, where he gained extensive litigation experience through assignments in the Intake and Assessment Bureau, Criminal Court Bureau, and Felony Trial Bureau. He conducted extensive investigations, analyzed complex factual and legal issues, and prosecuted a diverse range of criminal matters, including financial crimes, fraud, firearms offenses, robberies, burglaries, and attempted murder cases. He managed cases from arrest through disposition, including grand jury presentations, motion practice, evidentiary hearings, plea negotiations, trial preparation, and jury trials, developing strong investigative, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills. Before entering the legal profession, Joshua worked as a commercial carpenter, leading crews on large-scale construction projects throughout New York City. His firsthand experience in the construction industry provides valuable insight into construction-related, Labor Law, and premises liability litigation.

Pastoressa of the Suffolk County Supreme Court, where he assisted the Court on a broad range of civil and high-profile criminal matters. He was also a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association (HTAA) and completed Hofstra's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, receiving advanced training in courtroom advocacy and trial strategy.
Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from the Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law in 2022. He graduated cum laude from Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a minor in Finance. He was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2024 and is conversational in Italian with a working knowledge of Spanish.
